Ensuring a Safe Journey: Our Collaboration with RecordGo
At Stork Rentals, we are proud to partner with RecordGo to provide high-quality child seats to their customers throughout their network in Spain. We are often asked how it works, so let me explain how easy it is!
Firstly, how does Record Go differ from other car rental companies by partnering with Baby Equipment Specialists’ Stork Rentals?
With most car rental companies, you are not always guaranteed the availability of the correct sized seat for your child (read the small print). Bonkers, I know, but their focus is car rental, not baby equipment rental. RecordGo partner with us, so that we can guarantee their customer will always get the correct sized seat for their child, which is pretty cool!
We also offer, through the RecordGo website, a wider selection of equipment – you want isofix? No problem! Extended rearward facing? Okey dokey! In some locations you can even pick up a buggy at your RecordGo car too! The idea is to make travelling with babies and small children as easy for you as possible.
How about the seats, how are they cleaned?
This is something we give proper importance to in our business. The equipment HAS TO BE CLEAN… we stake our reputation on it. We make sure the seats have been thoroughly sanitised and safety checked between each and every hire. We have designed our own cleaning procedures, which all our teams follow to guarantee you are putting your child into a clean seat!
Another question we are asked a lot is “How do we find you? Or “Where is your office?”
Booking with RecordGo means we will receive notification in advance that you have requested a child seat or pram, and we will make sure we have it ready for you at any of their Spanish locations.
In the really busy locations (Malaga, Alicante and Palma), we have our own teams on hand the help install the seats for you. In these locations, you don’t come to us, we come to you! As you can imagine, it’s super busy at the airport, so our teams are based in the car parks, as close to the cars as possible. We are on hand to help you pick the correct seat, carry it to your car and we’ll even install it for you if you like. You’ll find our teams in the Stork Rentals high visibility vests milling around the RecordGo cabins and cars, just looking for customers to help!
I just love answering these questions because I know our answers are like music to our customers’ ears! You just leave everything in the RecordGo car and we pick it up ourselves!
